Everything starts with the soil: we are only one step in the life of our land
and it is fundamental for us to respect it in order to be able to transmit it
and draw the most beautiful fruits from it. Nothing is fixed, everything is interpretation: we work on each plot, each vintage on a case-by-case basis and adapt our intervention to the vegetative cycle of the vine or in the vat room to sublimate its expression. It is in this sense that we do not use chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides and are certified in the global High Environmental Value (HVE) approach. We work the soils on the surface to promote good rooting and not disturb the
microbial life of our soils. The harvest is picked and sorted by our own teams
with limited yields and a sought-after optimum maturity.
