WINE CLUB FAQs
When will I be charged for my wine club membership?
All monthly wine club members will be charged the 15th of each month.
When will I get my wine?
The wines will be available for pick up at Venice Beach Wines on the 1st of each month. Or you can also pick up your bottles at our monthly Pick Up Parties. We'll treat you and a guest to small bites and wine tastings.
Please Note: If you sign up for a new wine club membership on March 10, you will be charged on March 15, and you can pick up your wines on April 1.
What if I want to cancel?
No problem! Just go to your online account and cancel anytime before the 15th of each month to opt out of the next shipment. When you start missing us, you can go back to your online account and sign up again. :)
What if I’m traveling around the world and can’t pick up the wines for weeks?
We’ve got you. We can keep the wines until the end of the month, then you have to pay a little rent. A $5.00 storage surcharge per month, payable upon pick-up.
I don't live in Los Angeles, can I still join the Wine Club?
Yes! We can now ship your monthly wine club wines to most states throughout the country. Please note wine delivery is dependent on your state's liquor laws.
Can I change my credit card or email on my account?
Of course! You can update this in your account profile. Can't find it? Email us and we'll help.
