Our own VBW Cabernet Sauvignon, brought to you by our collaboration with our friends at Hollow Wines.
Organic. Unfined. Unfiltered. From the Tres Pinos Creek Estate, veteran vigneron, and local legend Ron Siletto carefully farmed this elegant Cabernet Sauvignon to perfection. Our Cabernet was fermented using native yeast strains featuring an old-world style with minimal intervention. The cooler climate of the San Benito AVA features softer fruit with refined tannins highlighted by the natural fermentation.
In the glass you’ll enjoy notes of blue and red berries,
plums, baking spices, cocoa powder, soft tannins and plush long finish.
