About the winemaker
The wine is made in a kvervri (a pitcher) according to the ancient Georgian traditional method, with the involvement of solely natural yeasts in the fermentation.
In Georgian mythology, Ocho is considered as the protector of forests and wild animals. On the labels, you see precious animals of the Georgians fuana that are the risk of extinction.
While drinking our wine made in an archaic way and looking at these mysterious animals you wonder who you are and why you are here.
